Screening process of all our carers:

• Have completed a detailed application form outlining personal information as well as all their previous experience.
• Hold an enhanced DBS (Criminal background Check).
• Have passed an interview.
• Have relevant experience.
• Are either UK citizens or permanent residents or have permission to work in the UK.
• Have provided a minimum of two excellent, verifiable references all of which are checked thoroughly.
• We collect Photo ID and Proof of Address of every caregiver.
