When a person lives alone or if they are very elderly a phone call can make their lives all the difference. This service is available to anyone. Telecare gives you and your family members security and peace of mind.

A carer will call your loved ones at their desired time daily for a general chat and to check how his or her day was, to remind to eat their meal and to check whether they have taken your medication as well. This friendly voice and companionship will make each day pleasant and take away their loneliness as well. Usually this call lasts for 10mins daily but you can choose the duration you like.

If a call goes unanswered, it will be repeated after an interval and if it remains unanswered, the carer will take an action. In most cases the caller contacts a relative, neighbour or friend who is nominated by the recipient.
